Charlton House was previously the local nightclub having been run under various names.  It had become very run down and was deeply disliked by its neighbours.  The property had 4 flats and a large office above the nightclub.  The property had planning for 11 brand new apartments.  The build cost for this would have been extremely high.  Instead we put in new planning to convert the nightclub space into 5 apartments.  The office already had a kitchen and bathroom so we obtained change of use for the office and put in planning to convert it to a 2 bedroom flat.
